GoodGood is committed to the goodest goods for your pet. So, every first-time goodgoodpet.com order is backed by our 100% GoodGood Guarantee

 

If your order was placed with goodgoodpet.com and you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please review our policy and contact our Consumer Care Team within 60 days of delivery for assistance.

 

If your purchase was placed with Amazon or Chewy, please contact the retailer directly. This includes orders initiated on goodgoodpet.com and fulfilled through Amazon or Chewy.

 

We cannot offer a refund or replacement if more than 60 days have passed since the date of delivery. We do not accept exchanges or returns.

 

GoodGood does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the following reasons:

  • More than 60 days have passed since the date of delivery
  • Shipping partner delivered your order earlier than was estimated
  • Incorrect items, quantity, and/or address provided at time of order
  • Recipient refused delivery or was not present at time of delivery
  • Item(s) still in transit
  • Damage to packaging that does not impact quality or shelf life
  • Pet consumed more than 75% (approx. 70 chews) of the purchased product

Please be aware that our products contain natural flavors and quality fatty acids that may cause differences in physical appearance between the chews. This variation is normal and does not imply a quality risk to you or to your pet.

 

Please store your GoodGood dog supplements away from direct sunlight, with the bag seal fully closed. This will keep your chews fresher, longer. Exposure to sunlight and higher temperatures (for example, if you keep these in your car) will cause the chews to dry and crack or crumble.

How to Submit a Request

Make sure your situation meets the requirements outlined in the policy.

  1. Have your order number, delivery confirmation, and photo(s) of your concern handy
  2. Submit a request or concern here or with a Consumer Care team member at 800-234-2269

The photo(s) submitted with your replacement request will be used for feedback and training purposes. All claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Thank you for your understanding.

Online Cancellation Policy

Your order placed on goodgoodpet.com is shipped on the following business day. Please confirm that your information is correct before placing your order. Once the order is placed, please review the confirmation email to verify that your order details are correct.

 

Changes and cancellations can only be made by calling our Consumer Care team during business hours prior within 30 minutes of placing your order on goodgoodpet.com. Our business hours are 7:00AM – 3:45PM MST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please keep this in mind when ordering for special events.
